1. Data controller

2. Applicable framework
We apply the Ecuadorian Organic Data Protection Act (LOPDP), published in Official Gazette Supplement 459 on 26 May 2021, and its regulations. When data is received from the European Economic Area, we also apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
3. Data we collect
We only collect data you provide through our forms (full name and email address) and limited technical data (anonymised IP address, browser type and country). We do not request sensitive data.
4. Purposes
We process your data to (a) send you the requested guide and newsletter, (b) analyse aggregated site behaviour and (c) comply with legal obligations. We do not use them to create automated profiles with legal effects.
5. Lawful basis
Explicit consent, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the controller in improving its services.
6. Retention periods
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after unsubscription to meet tax obligations and reply to potential claims. Accounting records are kept for 7 years as required by Ecuadorian law.
7. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use processors (transactional email, cloud hosting) that comply with the LOPDP and the GDPR and sign the relevant agreements.
8. Rights you can exercise
You can access, rectify, delete, object, restrict processing, port your data and not be subject to automated decisions by writing to contacto@nobizonee.com. If you believe we do not properly attend to your request, you may file a complaint with the Ecuadorian Data Protection Authority.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 in transit, least-privilege access control, encrypted backups and annual audits.

We publish any update on this same page with the corresponding date. If the change is material, we will inform you by email at least 15 days in advance.
